Every day since my heart attack, I thank God for “plus” days. Days I get to spend with the people I love. Days I get to use my second chance at life for good.
Sharing my story was the beginning. But I want it to do more than make people stop and listen. I want it to move people to take care of themselves before a crisis forces the conversation.
That is why I started Plus More Life Foundation.
This work is bigger than what happened to me. It is about helping people ask questions, recognize when something is wrong, and feel more confident speaking up for their health. It is about protecting our hearts and having more time with the people who make life worth living.
