Hi there! I’m Sam “SP” Prewitt, a proud son of Warrensville Heights and a passionate connector within Cleveland’s vibrant community. With over 21 years of experience in media, I serve as the Director of National Digital Partnerships for Urban One—leading digital innovation, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across Radio One’s 13 markets, 86 affiliate stations nationwide, and expanding podcast platforms. I focus on driving podcast revenue and growth, enhancing digital content, and creating new opportunities across multiple radio formats.

On weekends, you can catch me as “King Cool,” hosting the Sunday Soundtrack on Cleveland’s historic 93.1 WZAK, sharing the best mix of hip-hop and R&B with the city.

At 29, I survived a near-fatal heart attack, a life-changing event that inspired me to launch the #HeartStrong mission—a heartfelt call to “Protect Your Heart and Everything In It.” This journey fuels my passion for heart health advocacy and community empowerment.

Community is truly at the heart of everything I do. I proudly serve on the boards of the Greater Cleveland American Heart Association and Bike Cleveland, and actively volunteer with Slow Roll Cleveland. I am honored to be a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. since 2006. When I’m not working or advocating, you’ll find me cycling through Cleveland neighborhoods, cherishing moments with my wife Alexis, or exploring new adventures together.
